TOWIE's Mark Wright and Lauren Goodger get a chihuahua puppy
Their wedding may be on indefinite hold until Mark can 'prove himself' to Lauren, but it looks like the TOWIE stars are committed enough to invest in the shared responsibility of a pet.
Wrighty, a young chihuahua named after Mark's surname, has been welcomed into Mark and Lauren's home in Brentwood, Essex, and the pair are making sure he has every luxury money can buy.
The couple were seen leaving Puppy Kit in Buckhurst Hill, where they reportedly bought a studded leather dog-carrier costing £200 and a diamante-encrusted collar with matching lead.
To celebrate the arrival of their new pet, Lauren took to Twitter to share the news with her followers, denying rumours that the reason for her earlier secrecy was that she was pregnant.
'The reason why I couldn't go out and the surprise is I'm not preggers haha I've got a beautiful baby chihuahua called wrighty!!' she tweeted, posting some photos for her fans.

Keep in mind that since Donald J Pliner's Babydoll Pliner line is exclusively for small dogs, the sizing is altered to suit. A dog which may be considered medium-sized in other brands may be large-sized when it comes to Babydoll Pliner dog clothes.
The largest size for Babydoll Pliner accomodates most dogs between 12 and 14 inches long from their nape to the base of their tail, and up to 20 pounds in weight. This is the large. There is no extra-large.
Clearly less dainty dogs need not apply. Babydoll Pliner is all about top fashion for little dogs, and what they do, they certainly do well. By focusing on smaller dogs only, there is no watering down of a style to make it suit all types.
